Prends-moi dans les bras

''In the arms, in the arms''. These words that I regularly hear from my 3-year-old daughter and that I sometimes want to whisper to my loved ones. Parenthood transforms us for better and for worse, making us experience the most beautiful moments and the most challenging ones at the same time. Between sleepless nights, kisses, doubts, hugs, frustrations, the artwork explores the different sensations of this metamorphosis that is parenthood.

Reproductions of the work will be available starting March 11, 2026.

Format: 30x40 inches, vertical work

Material: Acrylic, pencil, pastel, and embroidery on raw cotton canvas. Frame assembly done by hand.

Authenticity: Work signed on the front and back

Framing: The work is framed by a beautiful floating frame, made of Canadian oak and finished with beeswax. It was crafted by an Ontario carpenter. Installation materials are included. The work is therefore ready to be hung on the wall, as simple as that!

Colors: Coral, lavender, powder blue, navy blue, and white

Delivery: It is possible to pick up the work at the studio (H1M 2G2) for free or have it delivered. Delivery times may vary, please write to me for more details. For deliveries outside of Canada, customs fees may apply upon receipt of the work.
